Chain Sentinel ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered scam token detection service for the Solana blockchain. We take your privacy seriously and want to be upfront about what we collect and why.
When you create an account, we store your email address, username, and a hashed version of your password. If you sign in with Google or Phantom Wallet, we receive your public profile info (name, email, wallet address) from those providers. We never see or store your private keys.
We log API requests (which endpoints you call, when, and how long they take) to enforce rate limits and improve the service. We also collect basic browser and device info through standard HTTP headers.
We analyze publicly available data from the Solana blockchain — token metadata, transaction histories, holder distributions, and wallet activity. This is all public information that anyone can access.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We do not share your data with marketers.
We only share data in limited circumstances:
All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes. We follow standard security practices, but no system is 100% secure — please use strong, unique passwords.
We use essential cookies only — for keeping you logged in and remembering your preferences (like language). No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no ad cookies.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings, or by contacting us. If you're in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR — just reach out and we'll help.
Chain Sentinel is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll notify you via email or a notice on the dashboard. Minor updates (like clarifications) may happen without notice.
